To keep our customers and team members safe during the Covid-19 pandemic, the following procedures are in effect:
Until further notice, the following questions will be asked of all customers prior to each cleaning session, and to all staff prior to starting their shift: If you, or our team member answers yes to any of these questions, it will require a change to your scheduled clean.
Have you travelled outside of Canada or our province in the last 14 days?
Do you have a fever higher than 38C (100.4F)? Do you have a new cough, or a cough that’s getting worse?
Have you been in close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
Have you been in close contact with someone who has travelled and has a fever or a cough?
Each of these measures are being implemented to ensure that you, our teams and our community stays safe and we continue to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Social distancing will be in place.
We will be keeping a safe distance of 2 meters apart for team members & customers.
*****We would prefer that if anyone is home they isolate in a separate room for the duration of the cleaning*****
Employees are provided the necessary personal protective equipment. - gloves, masks when required and hand sanitizers.
